FREE Virtual Quarterly S.M.A.R.T. Goals (Copy) (Copy)
Specific, Measurable, Actionable, Realistic, and Time specific (S.M.A.R.T. ) goals help you stay focused and organized when you're reaching your personal or professional goals.
In the first session of our Business Group Coaching series, participants will learn five tips for Setting S.M.A.R.T. goals and develop three S.M.A.R.T. goals for their business.
In each of the following sessions, participants will review their progress on their goals and receive feedback on ways to stay on track to ensure they achieve the goals they've established for their personal or professional growth.
Setting small goals helps prevent you from becoming overwhelmed and eventually giving up completely. Once you outline your S.M.A.R.T. goals, you'll know what success looks like and how to measure it. This is important because when you establish S.M.A.R.T. goals, your team is better positioned for success.

2022 Women In Business Awards
Please join us as we celebrate the 2022 Women In Business honorees, including Samantha Williams!!
New Haven Biz initially began honoring area business women for their achievements back in 2019. The purpose of our annual “Women in Business” awards initiative is to put a spotlight on a few of the successful women in the region and their accomplishments.
As executives, entrepreneurs and leaders, women play an important role in the economy and public life of New Haven and Connecticut. While there are thousands of female leaders, and their numbers are growing daily, some stand out from the crowd because of their achievements and commitment to lead by example and encourage others on the path to success.
Their stories of success have a few things in common: Strong mentors- men and women- have helped these leaders with workplace challenges, professional development and like-minded camaraderie.
Stay tuned 2022 honorees will be announced on November 7, 2022!
If you have any questions regarding the event please contact Kris Prosser, kprosser@nebusinessmedia.com.
